Graham and Colin should work on the computers in the back of B 215. Graham should critique Colin's cases (Colin should share them on GoogleDocuments with Graham). Colin should go to http://wiki.debatecoaches.org/Lincoln-Douglas+Debate and review 4 Aff and 3 Neg cases from the cases posted on line. The cases should be from at least 5 different schools, and include some of Scarsdale, Bronx Science, Harvard Westlake, Strake Jesuit, and Greenhill Schools. Ultimately, Colin, you'll be looking up the cards cited in the cases and developing blocks to them.
Adrian, Kurt, Stephan, and Brian should go to B231. Kurt and Stephan should develop a research pack on the PRO side of Kurt's bill. Adrian and Brian should develop a research pack on the CON side of Kurt's bill. A research pack should consist of at least 5 articles (the links are fine), a summary of each article in a paragraph, and three cards from each article on your side of the bill.
Create a document at GoogleDocs (or upload from a Word document) which has
____ the links to the articles
____ the summary paragraphs and the cards after all the links (in the same order as the links!).
By the end of the block, make sure you have created the GoogleDoc and shared it with me with what you got done during the Block.

Darcey, Caroline, Isolde, Kirsten and Katie should go to the library and work on PF. I would take the time this week to begin developing arguments for the November topic.

Each one of you should
____ find four articles which have at least two cards each which will benefit one or the other side in this resoltuion
____ create a GoogleDoc which

_____ has a paragraph summarizing the article,
_____ has the cards immediately after the summary paragraph
_____ gives a one-two sentence explanation of the relevance/use of the card.
____ share the GoogleDoc with me and each other.
By the end of the block, make sure you have created the GoogleDoc and shared it with me with what you got done during the Block. Then, finish anything incomplete for HW.
