Everyone else (Congress) is part of the Bill Bank.  What I'd like to develop over the next 10 days or so is a bank of bills which we can then use for the rest of the year.  Along with the Bill Bank will be a number of supporting/opposing articles/research information which the entire team can use.  Therefore, please

____ Work as a Congress group to brainstorm ideas for bills/resolutions.  By the end of the Block you should have at least 20 ideas.  This is mainly a discussion group.
____  Create one document which lists the bill ideas and send it to me by the end of the block.
